Pump Fitter / Welder - Hamilton

Pump and Electrical Services provides and services milking machine systems and all pumping requirements throughout the wider Waikato region. We are based in both Hamilton and Huntly. We are dealers for DeLaval, with a large portion of our business being on-farm service and installation. We also service all other major milking machine brands. We supply and install all major brands of pumps and design, supply and install Davey filtration systems.

Due to an increase in workload we are looking for a pump fitter/welder with experience in Tig welding. Preference will be given for those with experience in fitting water pumps and milking machines, but this is not essential as all training will be provided.

A great attitude, sense of humor and an eagerness to learn are essential along with a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.

In this role, your duties will include:

Welding; Arc, MIG and Tig
Milking Machine Fitting
Water Pump Repairs and Maintenance.
Responding to breakdowns and being on-call
